How to Make Mint Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Dip
- Beat cream cheese and butter together in a medium bowl, until smooth. You can use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and the bowl of a stand mixer (on high speed). As well, you could also use an electric hand mixer.
- Add powdered sugar, mint extract and drops of green food coloring. Mix well until there are stiff peaks.
- Gently stir in (or fold in) the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
- Place in a serving dish, and you could garnish with more chocolate chips. Enjoy!

I love to use this cream cheese dip with oreo cookies or another favorite cookie such as our best whipped shortbread recipe, or even just a traditional sugar cookie.
Other options include fresh fruit like apple slices or fresh strawberries, animal crackers, pretzels, or teddy grahams, and/or graham crackers. You can also use mint oreos if you can find them at the grocery store depending on time of year.
