It’s like taking a cue from green beer itself, which is incredibly simple yet wildly popular. Easy Mint Chocolate Cheesecake Cookie Dip no bake runs with the same crowd – simple, classic, delicious and impressive. Just like out Chocolate Mint Cookie Cups.

Recipe Variations

  • If you’d rather use Mint Chocolate Chips, you could use less of the mint extract.
  • Add festive sprinkles to the dip if you’d like.
  • You can add a teaspoon vanilla extract for a punch of flavor.
  • You can also add peppermint extract and red food colouring to make this a Christmas cream cheese dip. This recipe easily turns into a peppermint cheesecake dip recipe best served with festive candy canes for the holiday season.
  • For an adult-only crowd, consider a bit of baileys irish cream instead of the extract. Or you could make these delicious Baileys Chocolate Cookies.
  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together in a medium bowl, until smooth. You can use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and the bowl of a stand mixer (on high speed). As well, you could also use an electric hand mixer.
  2. Add powdered sugar, mint extract and drops of green food coloring. Mix well until there are stiff peaks.
  3. Gently stir in (or fold in) the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
  4. Place in a serving dish, and you could garnish with more chocolate chips. Enjoy!
