Ingredients on a table to make Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops.
  • Cream of Chicken Soup – I use store bought canned soup for this recipe.
  • Package Ranch Seasoning – Use any brand of seasoning packet you prefer. This is also used in our Crockpot Mississippi Chicken Recipe.
  • Boneless Pork Chops –  I’m like to use thicker cuts of boneless pork chops for this recipe. They slow cook perfectly in the creamy ranch sauce.
  • Optional Garnish – Parsley, salt and black pepper as needed.

Recipe Variations

  • Bacon Ranch Pork Chops: Add cooked, crumbled bacon to the sauce or sprinkle it on top before serving for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Mushroom Addition: Add sliced mushrooms to the slow cooker along with the pork chops for an earthy dimension.
  • Italian Twist: Replace ranch seasoning with Italian seasoning for a different flavor profile.
  • Chicken Instead: This recipe works equally well with boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Adjust cooking time as needed.

Tips for Success

  • Choose the Right Cut: Boneless chops work best for this recipe, but you can also use bone-in chops if preferred. Just keep in mind that bone-in chops may require slightly longer cooking time.
  • Don’t Overcook: Pork chops can become dry if overcooked. Check them at the earlier end of the cooking time range to ensure they stay juicy and tender.
  • Adjust the Consistency: If your sauce is too thick, thin it with a little chicken broth. If it’s too thin, use the cornstarch slurry method mentioned above.
