How to Make Keto BBQ Sauce

Take a small saucepan and add all the simple ingredients, except the butter.

Over medium heat, mix and stir continuously and bring it to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until water evaporates and the sauce thickens.

  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: 1 Tablespoon butter
