PB & J Popcorn
PB & J, they go together like movies and popcorn right? What if you could have your PB & J AND your popcorn too? Isn’t that a recipe for a blissful evening at home?
One of my favourite things about going to the theatre is having their popcorn. During movie nights at home, I crave the same popcorn, yet it’s really hard to duplicate exactly. That leaves me pouting in my bowl, obviously.
I’m not alone here, I know someone that literally drives to the theatre and just buys their popcorn, to take home for movie evenings with the family. Brilliant, yet I don’t have time for that.
So instead of pouting over my popcorn not being theatre-exact, I instead opt to totally change up my popcorn experience at home and jazz up an all-time favourite.
It’s taking popcorn to a whole new delicious level. This my friends, is where PB & J Popcorn comes in.

It’s a recipe found on the Adams Natural Creamy Peanut Butter website, the same place where I got the recipe for PB & J Coconut Smoothie that I featured last week.
Sorry theatre-style, there’s a new popcorn love in my life.
Making PB & J Popcorn could not be easier. Mix a couple ingredients, toss in the popcorn, bake and enjoy.
While baking, my girls came into the kitchen and asked if I was making dessert for dinner. The house fills with the sweet strawberry aroma, they had no idea I had popcorn plans until they peeked in the oven. “Popcorn?! You’re baking popcorn? What?“.

After 20 minutes of baking {just long enough for us to pick a movie, get on our pyjamas and gather blankets for comfort}, it was time to enjoy.
Is PB & J Popcorn good? YES!! Resist the usual and try this recipe, you will have a whole new craving for popcorn!
