Chocolate Chip Cookies
I know there’s plenty of recipes for Chocolate Chip Cookies, and I’m sure I’ve tried most of them. While there are hundreds of variations, some just aren’t ‘as good’ as the rest.
I thought I’d share my favourite recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies, one which I’d reach for again and again.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
I know there's plenty of recipes for Chocolate Chip Cookies out there, and I'm sure I've tried most of them. This is my favourite.

Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup butter {soft}
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Cream the first 7 ingredients together
- Add dry ingredients to mixture and blend well
- Place spoon sized portions onto a cookie sheet
- Cook for 10 minutes at 350°C
