White Toffee Bark
White Toffee Bark recipe using only two ingredients. Easy holiday baking that can fit any busy schedule, perfect for a quick dessert or baking exchange.

White Toffee Bark
Don’t forget, if you are looking to please, with just a little more effort involved, you simply must make these Santa Hat Cupcakes – they taste amazing and have that holiday look that will gain a lot of compliments.
For some people, the thought of baking brings on many sighs and groans. While I myself do enjoy baking, I know many that do not and would rather do anything but.
Even if it’s with the promise of delicious treats like this mouthwatering White Chocolate Fudge!

Especially this time of year when our schedules are so incredibly full of holiday cheer. Adding in holiday baking to already busy days, can be downright frightening.
Yet, there is a way to have your sweet treats this holiday season, with no baking required.
How do you make bark?
I recently made White Toffee Bark, which requires only 2 ingredients – CHIPITS White Chocolate chips and CHIPITS Skor Toffee Bits.
It’s so easy that I almost feel silly about posting a recipe, yet it only proves that holiday treats don’t have to be time consuming nor complicated.

This White Toffee Bark recipe is made in a matter of minutes, and easily altered to suit your tastes.
While I adore CHIPITS Skor Toffee Bits {because, toffee!}, you could easily swap them out for candy pieces like crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles.
White Toffee Bark is a nice treat for holiday company, school functions, and even baking exchanges.
You can add in bark chunks to a nice festive tin wrapped with ribbon and it makes a nice thoughtful gift.

And really, it’s so easy there isn’t an excuse!
Here’s that recipe that really isn’t one at all. You’re welcome. 🙂
What’s your favourite holiday bark?

White Toffee Bark
Ingredients
- 2 200 g bags White Chocolate Chips
- 2 200 g bags Skor Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Place white chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at Medium for 20 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving at MEDIUM for 15 second increments, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Do not burn the chocolate!
- Pour mixture onto prepared cookie sheet; spread to about 1/2-inch (1.5 cm) thickness. Gently tap cookie sheet on countertop to even out thickness of mixture.
- Sprinkle CHIPITS Skor Toffee Bits on top of the mixture and tap the baking sheet against the counter gently so the bits set into the mixture.
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in cool, dry place when not being devoured.
- Enjoy!

I love how simple this “recipe” is. I can see adding it to some Christmas gift baskets this year, if it doesn’t all get eaten. I will have to make extra and hide it.
This recipe looks delicious. I will be pinning it on my x-mas recipe board.
I too enjoy baking, but this is not something that I have ever made!
This recipe would be perfect for my daughter for Christmas as most white chocolate does not contain soy which she is allergic to. Thanks for the great recipe!
