Place white chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at Medium for 20 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving at MEDIUM for 15 second increments, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Do not burn the chocolate!
Pour mixture onto prepared cookie sheet; spread to about 1/2-inch (1.5 cm) thickness. Gently tap cookie sheet on countertop to even out thickness of mixture.
Sprinkle CHIPITS Skor Toffee Bits on top of the mixture and tap the baking sheet against the counter gently so the bits set into the mixture.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm.
Break into pieces and store in cool, dry place when not being devoured.
