Peanut Butter Snowballs

When it comes to festive holiday desserts, I have so many here on the blog. I’m happy to be adding this one to my repertoire of other great such as these Eggnog cookies, Eggnog Cupcakes, and Santa Hat Cupcakes.

Even through days are busy and hectic as always, I have to find time to make easy holiday treats and desserts for the girls and I to enjoy.

I just make the most delicious and easy recipes, like this White Toffee Bark.

I also love to package up homemade seasonal treats, and gift to others. ‘Tis the season for giving after all!

This peanut butter balls recipe is so versatile. You can choose your preference for chocolate coating, and of course sprinkles if you wish.

Or, you can use crushed candy canes as well, like in our Peppermint Mocha Donuts.

I’d normally opt for white chocolate, since that is my all-time favourite. That’s why I can’t resist my White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge during the holiday season.

Yet, I’ve been baking a lot with white chocolate and decided these could be dark chocolate snowballs dusted with icing sugar, still very festive and delicious!

Or, you could add your choice of sprinkles before the coating dries to make it your own as well.

How to Make Peanut Butter Balls

When making Peanut Butter Snowballs, the peanut butter mixture can potentially get warm and thus hard to work with when making the snowballs and rolling them into the melted chocolate.

In that case, utilize the fridge to firm them up so you can work with it easier.

Peanut Butter Cookie Balls are an easy no-bake holiday dessert that takes no time, and produces yummy results.

It just might be the easiest holiday baking that you’ll ever do!

I have so many holiday baking ideas on the blog, all tried and true favourites as well.
