No Bake Eggnog Pie

This No Bake Eggnog Pie recipe is the perfect dessert for the holiday season. With just 5 ingredients, it’s like a cup of creamy eggnog yet in a simple yet velvety pie form.

Eggnog is a famous thick drink during the Christmas season, much like pumpkin spice is to the fall season. Personally, I’d rather enjoy the holiday flavor and festive taste of eggnog spices in a dessert rather than just drinking it.

Creamy eggnog flavor is the star in some of my favorite holiday desserts. Our best eggnog recipes include Eggnog Cookies, and Eggnog Cupcakes. Both have the most perfect eggnog frosting and are great Christmas desserts.

If the holidays had a taste, I’m sure it would be this Cranberry Eggnog Bread. It’s wonderful to enjoy on Christmas morning.

📋 Ingredients and Notes

Ingredients on a table to make eggnog pie: a graham cracker crust, cool whip in a tub, spices, a packet of instant vanilla mix and eggnog in a measuring cup.
  • Crust – I use a store-bought graham cracker pie crust. You can make your own, or use a pastry pie crust as well. You can also use the aluminium pie plate that comes with the crust, or transfer the pie shell to a glass pie plate for extra durability.
  • Vanilla Pudding Mix – Use instant pudding mix since it’s a no bake recipe, and not the pudding mix you cook.
  • Whipped Topping – I use a store bought cool whip tub, yet you can make your own whipped cream using heavy cream if you’d like. I also use more cool whip for the topping, with extra for those that like lots on their pie. Such as myself.

Our no bake eggnog cream pie recipe uses 5 simple ingredients. As always, the full recipe is on the printable recipe card at the end of the post.

👩🏻‍🍳 Recipe Variations

  • Make a Homemade Graham Cracker Crust instead of a grocery store premade crust. To make: use melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Our Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie recipe uses the same crust.
  • Make your own Whipped Cream using heavy whipping cream beaten until you have stiff peaks. Add flavouring to the topping if you wish.
  • Use a baked and cooled Pastry Pie Crust instead of the graham cracker crust.
  • Add a Touch of Dark Rum into the filling, of this easy dessert, for an adults-only dessert. Or you can use rum extract as well.

Recipe Tips

– Eggnog is seasonal and is only in stores for a limited time. Make no bake eggnog pies while the eggnog supplies last, and freeze for later!
