Turtle Pie is a no bake dessert, and is a take on traditional Turtles chocolates. It has an Oreo crust, caramel cream cheese filling, and then is topped with chocolate, caramel, and pecans. Super simple to make, and very delicious.
Start by greasing your springform pan with cooking grease, then set aside.
Add all of the cookies to your food processor and process for about 1 minute, or until they turn into crumbs.
Add the butter to the food processor and process again for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture starts to clump up.
Pour the crust mixture into your greased springform pan and press into the bottom and halfway up the sides to form the crust, place in the freezer while you make the filling.
Make the filling by placing the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and salt in a large bowl and beat for 3-5 minutes with your handheld mixer, or until smooth.
Fold in the thawed cool whip and then pour into your springform pan, on top of the crust. Place back into the freezer and freeze for 4 hours. Remove from springform pan when pie has set, or wait until after you have added the toppings.
When the pie is mostly firm, drizzle caramel sauce and hot fudge on top. Then add whipped cream and pecans.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
This pie is best stored in the freezer and thawed slightly before enjoying. Slice the whole pie before storing in the freezer. It can be stored in the fridge, but becomes incredibly soft after 24 hours.
