cooked chicken
cubed

red seedless grapes

dried cranberries

pecans

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

pickle relish

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients.
Mix well to combine
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
To cut calories: Use plain Greek yogurt or sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
Pecans are optional; or you can use chopped walnuts, almonds or cashews.
Optional additions: chopped hard boiled eggs; fresh chopped herbs such as parsley, dill or basil.
