Slow Cooker White Chocolate Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Slow Cooker White Chocolate Cinnamon Hot Chocolate, made in the rock pot and ready when you are! Rich, full of flavour and made with white hot chocolate.
8cupswhole milk {you can also use 2% if you'd like}
4long cinnamon sticks
2cupswhite chocolate chips
¼cuppacked brown sugar
4tspground cinnamon
3tspvanilla extract
⅛tspsalt
whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
In a slow cooker, add milk and cinnamon sticks; cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks and discard. Add white chocolate chips, brown sugar, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Remove lid, whisk to combine and continue until chocolate is melted. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low.
Remove lid and whisk to combine. Serve in mugs and top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired but highly recommended.
