boneless skinless chicken breasts

drained and rinsed

Instructions
Add chicken breasts to a slow cooker
Top with salt, black pepper, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
Add in diced onion, garlic, white beans, green chiles, corn and end with chicken stock.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
Remove chicken to a plate and shred, then return to the slow cooker.
Add cream cheese and lime juice
Cover and cook on high for another 10-15 minutes
Serve with your favourite toppings from the notes below, and enjoy!
