Instructions
Mix together the pudding mix with the crushed pineapple, juices and all.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients, other than what you want to place on top.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour to overnight.
Top with extra marshmallows and pineapple chunks if desired, serve, and enjoy!

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before serving, and enjoy it cold!
