The best Nutella Banana Bread recipe - traditional banana bread swirled with Nutella for that delicious chocolate banana taste in every bite. It might replace your favourite banana bread recipe!
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease a loaf tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
Into a large mixing bowl, add the self rising flour and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Into another mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Soften the Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds, then spoon half of the Nutella over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer. Top with the remaining batter, then spoon over the remaining Nutella and swirl through once again.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes, or until cooked through. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire cooling rack and allowing to cool completely, about another 10 minutes.
