Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, applesauce, sugars, water and vinegar. Mix until combined yet don't over-mix.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, cocoa and the dash of salt. Mix again until combined.
Toss a hand full of chocolate chips into the batter and gently fold them in. Again, don't over mix or else the batter will turn out dry.
Pour the batter into the dish and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
