Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Easter Eggs is a fun recipe to make, and a very simple and easy no-bake recipe. FINALLY we're encouraged to eat the cookie dough!
In large bowl cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add vanilla, flour, milk and icing sugar.
Mix until well combined, then add chocolate chips and stir gently until combined.
Scoop dough into 1 inch balls, flatten and shape dough into an egg shape on a parchment paper lined pan. Lightly dust finger tips with flour if dough is too sticky
Freeze for at least 2 hours to overnight.
After freezing, melt the white chocolate in small increments to avoid burning.
Dip each frozen egg into the chocolate, shake off extra and place on parchment paper, let dry.
