This amazing Broccoli Craisin Salad recipe includes broccoli, raisins, cole slaw, craisins and bacon. It’s sweet and sour, crunchy and so very delicious – perfect for a side dish salad or as a potluck salad.

Ingredients
FOR THE SALAD
4
heads broccoli
chopped
1/2
bag prepared Coleslaw {more or less if desired}
1/2
cup
golden raisins
1/2
cup
craisins
1
cup
roasted and salted sunflower seeds
8
slices
bacon
cooked and chopped
FOR THE DRESSING
1
cup
mayo
1/3
cup
sugar
1
tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Mix Broccoli, coleslaw, craisins, raisins and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the broccoli mixture.
Toss well to evenly coat and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Right before serving, add the sunflower seeds and toss again to evenly mix.
