Air Fryer Steak Bites are perfectly crisp on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. Quick and easy to make, they are a low carb snack, great appetizer or a fast and simple weeknight dinner.
In a medium bowl, add the cubed steak bites. Add in the olive oil, seasonings, and minced garlic. Mix to coat well.
Add the coated steak bites to the air fryer basket, in a single layer. Air fry for 3 minutes. Remove basket and shake to toss them around. Air fry again for another 2-3 minutes or until they reach desired doneness.
Remove from air fryer and plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
Serve with 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter (optional) for dipping. Or, serve with other preferred dipping sauce.
Notes
Any tender cut of steak is fine to use for this recipe
Make sure to cut steak into even sized pieces, for even cooking.
For best results, do not crowd pieces in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
