The Best Queso Dip
Cheesy and delicious! This Queso Dip is non-negotiable when it comes to serving appetizers or throwing a get-together (such as a Superbowl party). It goes great with tortilla chips (or any type of chip), raw vegetables, and more!

shredded (or more regular cheddar)

Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium to large saucepan (or skillet) over medium to high heat.
Saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
Whisk in the evaporated milk and cornstarch until mostly smooth.
Turn heat to low and add in the shredded cheese and cubed cream cheese, continue whisking until smooth again.
Stir in all of the spices.
Add in more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve and top with desired toppings!
Notes
Store in the refrigerator and warm up in the microwave. If too thick after storing and reheating, stir in a little milk to thin the consistency.
The dip will thicken as it cools.
