Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies, made with strawberry cake mix, vanilla and white chocolate chips. It's a heavenly tasting and looking cookie recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients {but the chocolate chips} until you have a dough consistency and it's all well-mixed.
- Gently fold in 1-1/4 cups of the white chocolate chips, leaving some aside if desired {see below}.
- Drop rounded balls of dough {about 1 tbsp} onto your prepared baking sheet.
- If you'd like, place the reserved white chocolate chips on top of each cookie ball.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool on baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
