Strawberry Chia Seed Jam is so incredibly easy and takes only 5 ingredients, and includes chia seeds which are so very good for you. Tasty jam in no time.
In a pot, combine the strawberries, water, lemon juice and honey. Heat slowly over medium heat and mash the berries until they are broken down yet still chunky.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and add the chia seeds.
Stir well and let cool, stirring occasionally. The jam will thicken as it cools.
Transfer to a clean, dry jam jar. It will stay good in the fridge for approximately 1 week.
