1bananasliced, and 2 to 3 strawberries, sliced, for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Add the strawberry banana Jello to a small bowl and stir in boiling water until completely dissolved.
In a blender, add strawberries, bananas, cream cheese, cold water, vanilla extract and Jello mixture. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Whisk in Cool Whip.
Spoon the mixture into your dessert serving bowls. Place in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours or until set. The longer it sets, the more “mousse” like it becomes.
Top with strawberries and bananas before serving.
Serves 4 to 6 {depending how big you make each serving}
