Place beef in a bowl and season with seasoned salt.
In a bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, ginger, honey, olive oil, and chilies. Mix well.
Place beef into a plastic freezer bag and pour the marinade over the beef. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water so they don’t burn on the grill
Begin assembling the skewers in any arrangement you prefer. Allow for 3-4 pieces of beef per skewer.
Heat bbq to 350
Salt the vegetables before they’re placed on the grill
Place the skewers on the grill and leave in place to cook for approximately 5 - 6 minutes per side, or until you see the development of nice grill marks and the vegetables are cooking through.
Remove from grill when the skewers are cooked through.
