Open the bag of McCain® Superfries and add the olive oil and toss bag to evenly coat. Cook the fries as per package directions on a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, combine the spices. Then, 5 minutes before the fries are finished, take them out of the oven and add fries into the bowl. I loosely hold the lid on the bowl and shake gently to coat the fries with the seasoning.

Return now coated fries to the cookie sheet and bake for another 5 minutes.

When they’re done, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped onions if you so choose.
