Ingredients

skinless boneless chicken breasts

potatoes - russets
cleaned & cubed

butter

pkg au jus
1
pkg Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1/2

water
Instructions
Line the slow cooker bowl if you prefer. If not, simply grease the bowl.
Place cubed potatoes on the bottom
Pour in the water
Place chicken breasts on top of the potatoes
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken, then the package of au jus
Place the butter on the very top of everything.
Cover and let cook on low for 7 -8 hours or until the potatoes are soft and cooked through
Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks, and then return them to the slow cooker bowl.
Mix everything well and serve. A nice bun or biscuit would be excellent served on the side if you wish. Enjoy!
