Ingredients

ground beef
1
can Manwich
or use a make-your-own sloppy joe sauce from packet
1
cup
frozen corn or peas {or both}

potatoes
cooked and mashed with a bit of butter and milk added {with salt and pepper to taste if you wish}
1.5
cups
shredded cheese
Paprika for garnish {optional}
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain.
Add sloppy joe sauce, and mix well. Cook on low for another 5 minutes.
Add the meat mixture as the first layer in a 13x9 pan.
Add a layer of frozen vegetables, then a layer of mashed potatoes followed a layer of shredded • cheese. Sprinkle a bit of Paprika on top for garnish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
