Ingredients

cooked ground pork sausage
excess grease drained

Velveeta cheese
cut into cubes

can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
undrained

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
¼
teaspoon
smoked paprika

tablespoons
milk
optional, helps thin the dip if it's too thick
Instructions
Combine Velveeta cubes and Rotel tomatoes in a skillet or saucepan over low heat. Stir until the cheese melts completely and the mixture is smooth.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine thoroughly.
Add the cooked and drained sausage and mix until the sausage is fully combined.
If a thinner consistency is desired, stir in the milk, one tablespoon at a time.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
Notes
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat slowly on the stovetop or in the microwave, stirring often.
