Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat
- Spread evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, checking near the end every 2 minutes. It might take longer depending on how crunchy you want them
