This easy Creamy Roasted Asparagus Soup is made with simple ingredients like cream, vegetables and broth. Also it's completely made in a blender to hot silky perfection.
If you'd like to roast the asparagus: toss asparagus with olive oil, pepper and salt and bake for 12 minutes. This part is optional, can use fresh uncooked asparagus as well
Toss asparagus {roasted or not}, broth, parmesan, and cream into blender. Press 'soup' mode, and allow to blend and cook {takes about 5 minutes}
Pour into bowl and enjoy - garnish with cream and/or parsley for looks
