Ingredients

butter
softened

peanut butter

sugar

packed brown sugar

large eggs

maple syrup

vanilla extract

quick-cooking oats

baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda

10 ounces peanut butter chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars together. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Beat in the syrup and vanilla. Then combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture.
Gently stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
