2cupsstuffingcooked from scratch or prepared from box
2eggslightly beaten
1/4cupgreen onionchopped
1/4tsppepper
4tbspoil
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients
Add the oil into a pan on medium heat
using an ice cream spoon, spoon or just your hands - make mixture balls to desired size and place 3-4 into the pan
Using a spatula, flatten the balls in the pan so they form patties. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes, just to crisp the outsides.
Remove from pan and place on a paper towel on a plate.
When all are cooked, enjoy with sour cream or ketchup!
Notes
Add in turkey leftovers and make these loaded patties!You can also add in bacon or other vegetables as you wish. Be creative, this is a great recipe to customize to your own tastes.
