This Jelly Bean Candy Bark recipe is so versatile. Taking just a few minutes you can use pastel Jelly Beans for Easter, red and green for Christmas or match the colours to the theme of a birthday party. It's a recipe that will come in handy all year long!
1Bag of gourmet jelly beans {these were purchased at Michael's}
Parchment Paper
Instructions
In a large bowl, heat the candy melts in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, and continue heating for 30 seconds at a time until the candy is smooth.
Pour the candy melts onto a sheet of parchment paper and smooth them out. You can lay it flat on a cookie sheet or use a small pan with sides like we did here.
Sprinkle jelly beans throughout the melted candy. Add a little extra than you think is necessary, because when you break it into bark pieces, some of the jelly beans will fall out.
Let the candy cool completely.
Once cooled, break the jelly bean candy bark into pieces.
