Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the box directions. Best to leave it al dente.
In the meantime, melt the butter in medium/high heat. Add the shrimp and garlic, cook 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and finish cooking the shrimp until it's pink, which will take about 2 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to a serving bowl. Stir in the olive oil, toss gently to coat {More olive oil may be needed}.
Add the parmesan cheese.
Pour the shrimp over the pasta and toss once more.
Garnish with the basil or parsley and serve immediately.
