Fall Off The Bone Ribs
Slow Cooker Fall Off The Bone Ribs, beer barbecue style! These are the best slow cooker ribs ever, which starts with an award winning dry rub. Thick, rich BBQ taste that you can't help but get all over the face.

Ingredients

Paprika

Onion Powder

Baby Back Pork Ribs
½ - ⅓
can
Beer
or beef stock

bottle
BBQ Sauce
½
cup
Honey
Sesame Seeds and chopped Chives for garnish
Instructions
Combine paprika, onion powder, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Cut ribs into sections and roll pieces in the mixture until coated
If using a frying pan, add choice of oil and preheat to med-high {can also do this on the grill}
Sear seasoned ribs for about 2 minutes on each side
Place seasoned ribs in slow cooker and pour beer over ribs
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
Mix together BBQ sauce and honey and add to slow cooker
Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low
Garnish with seeds and chives. Enjoy!
Notes
Place leftover ribs in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. I have found that even the next day, these are still delicious ribs.
