Ingredients
FOR THE CUPCAKES

eggnog

cup
milk
FOR THE ICING
1/2
cup
butter
softened
1/4
cup
egg nog
3
tsp
vanilla
1/2
teaspoon
ground nutmeg

icing sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together flour, sugar and baking powder.
Add butter, egg whites, vanilla, nutmeg, eggnog and milk to a bowl and mix on medium speed until smooth.
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes, then move to cooling rack.
To make icing, cream together butter, egg nog, vanilla, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Mix in 2 cups of the icing sugar, then if it's too runny add more in 1/4 cup increments until it's the consistency needed.
Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes and enjoy!
