Naturegg Simply Egg Whites

plain Greek Yogurt

Chia Seeds

Flax Seeds

Instructions
Add frozen berries and water into a blender or bullet.
Cook for 20 seconds in a microwave to defrost the berries a little
Add Simply Egg Whites, Yogurt, Chia seeds, Flax Seeds and Spinach.
If using a bullet, shake the canister {with lid on}, to mix a little for easier blending
Blend until everything is smooth
