Pat your fresh salmon dry with a paper towel and then brush yellow mustard over the top of the salmon.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper outside of the salmon.
Brush or spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil and then place the salmon inside. Cook the filets in the air fryer at 380 degrees for 10 minutes.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the filets before serving and enjoy!
