I bought a package of Gravol when I was shopping yesterday. It is usually something that I always have in my medicine cabinet. I felt so ill yesterday and after taking 1 tablet, I was able to carry one with my day. Another item that I use for nausea is gingerale.

I think the best way to stay healthy in a long, cold winter is to remember to still get outside! Bundle up and go for a walk, go skiing, or skating or snowshoeing. Being cooped up inside without fresh air and exercise makes us more vulnerable to all the “bugs” we get exposed to!
