There’s a little secret weapon behind all the delicious recipes in the Recipe Box at My Organized Chaos. It’s my 4th kid, my KitchenAid Mixer. I adore this appliance like no other. For the ease, the results and the fact that it makes me feel like a pro in my kitchen. Disclaimer: I’m not.

KitchenAid Canada has a cute quiz on their site, Colourology, which explores the unique personalities of colour. By Answering a few questions about yourself, you can discover the KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer colour that’s right for you. Fun, right?

With many mixer colors to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one. That’s why Colourology is a huge help, or else you might be standing among all 26 of them, and be at a loss. Because really, they have some great colors from bold to subtle and this mixer is one that will surely stand out in your kitchen.

Know what else is cool? Being able to take the Colourology quiz to determine which color matches your tastes, and then have the chance to win one. Cause that’s exactly what one of my Canadian readers will get to do! Yay!

  169. I love my KitchenAid stand mixer! I use it twice or more every week, it’s the best gift I ever received from my hubby (other than him, of course!) My sister-in-law is using a very, very old, small mixer to feed my brother and my nephew and I would love to win one for her. She’s German and does a lot of home cooking and really deserves one, colour can be anything! But she does like Red!

  337. I got Buttercup, which oddly enough, is possibly my LEAST favourite colour of stand mixer. I’m in LOVE with the Raspberry Ice mixer and literally throw every hint possible at friends and family that I would love one as a gift some day (like, the only gift I’d ever need!). I even took a screen shot of one that was on sale and sent it to my hubby in an email one day – what can I say, can’t blame a girl for trying right?

  609. Always wanted one. Would make my baking a amazing experience I’m sure.
    Money has always been tight so I pretty much use any extra on my sweet disabled husand, whose a Vietnam Veteran & now going completely blind. Along with his PTSD & diabetes he’s extremely depressed with the diagnosis of there’s nothing that can be done. I cook to his diet to help keep his diabetes more manageable.
    Hope, hope, hope that this will my lucky day.

  698. The “test” says Buttercup, but that wouldn’t be the color I would pick for myself! I would want either a blue, because that’s my favorite color (like cornflower or crystal) or either black, white, or silver because it goes with all decor. I would probably go with the safe bet of silver, black or white if it was up to me! 🙂
