If There Was Ever Any Doubt…

As I walked into the living room, I saw my oldest watching TV in the oddest spot – standing beside the end table {?}. What really caught my eye was her chosen attire for that day, can we say Madonna?

Not sure what it is about these gloves, but she wears them everywhere, all.day.long. What you can’t see in the photo, is the bright pink tutu complete with blinged out runners.

It’s true, I am an 80’s girl. It’s where I’m from. So, I had to smile and think, “If there was ever any doubt that she’s MY kid, here’s the proof”.

  1. So CUTE! my daughter went through a phase of wearing fingerless gloves..lol but she was like 11 or 12… and she wasn’t lucky enough to have a tutu 🙂 I think its absolutely adorable.

    1. I some new tutu’s Becky, all my girls wear this one, it’s so ripped and tattered from years of use.

  2. She is so very sweet. You are so lucky and this is from a mother with 3 boys…I love them with all my heart but I always wanted a little girl too…now I am just too old for that sort of thing….She is cute as a button looking all 80’s!

    1. Jeanette, part of me has always been curious about parenting a boy, but honestly, with 3 girls, not sure I’d know how!! lol
      But I’m done, yep, done!

  3. She is adorable, her outfit looks great and the flashdance gloves still look good, don’t they? hahaha

      1. Into the Groove was playing on the radio tonight. Was thinking of your little one. 🙂

        1. Awe!!! I made a ‘Madonna’ comment to my daughter the other day, she gave me the most clueless look – “WHO???”
          Such a shame….

  4. oh man I don’t know about the clothes…but your girls are the image of your face, never a doubt they are your beautiful children.

  5. She definitely know what she likes and wants when we go shopping. QQuite the fashionista! Luv her to bits
