EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale
One of the biggest factors when it comes to weight management is monitoring what and how much you eat. You may be eating all the right things, yet way too much of it. After all, they say your eyes are bigger than your stomach. Many times, foods are labeled with calories as compared to weight and volume. Sometimes it’s very hard to know how much of a food you have – unless you weight it. The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale can help you.
I received this home kitchen scale for review, and I was very surprised that it’s so small and light – it won’t take up much counter or cabinet space. And easy to work? A breeze. Since batteries are included, you simply take it out of the box and start weighing! It displays 4 measurement modes: grams, ounces, kilograms and pounds. This is really nice, since not all products use the same measurements. There is a very easy 2 button operation and a digital display. I used to have a model that was honestly such a pain to use, as it had to be calibrated so often. Counting calories is cumbersome enough without that extra hassle! The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Scale has an auto-calibration feature, and you can tare the scale when using a dish or plate.
I found it very useful for my baking. My favorite cookbook is my Mother’s very old book, and the measurements are not today’s standard. I always guessed my way though it, yet now it’s so easy to measure the exact amount. Plus it comes with a Calorie Factors Book, which is super-handy. Listed is hundreds of foods, and once you know the weight you can multiply it by the calories listed – and voila! You’ll know exactly how many calories are in foods.
The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is available in white, silver, black chrome and white chrome – there’s one to match any decor. It can weigh items up to 11 lbs {5 kilos} It’s nice not having to guess anymore, now I get accurate results in seconds. And, best of all it retails for $25 on Amazon, a small price for such valuable information {you can also calculate postage with it too, I adore multi-use items!}
Disclosure: I was provided with product to facilitate this post, opinions are my own.
Very cool – I would weigh all my food ingredients so I could calculate calories for weight loss. Things like vegetable and meat servings and cheese and fruit.
I would weigh meats on the scale.
My husband and I have been trying to loose weight for a few months now, we both gained pregnancy weight LOL…. I would mainly weigh meats but also just about anything that can’t be measured with measuring cup!! Great giveaway Thanks!

I have a garden this year so I can eat healthy and the scale would help me measure how much eat so I dont eat over.
I WOULD PROBABLY USE IT MOST FOR THE CHICKEN AND MEAT AND THEN THE VEGETABLES BUT AFTER A TIME OF USING IT … I WOULD THINK YOU COULD JUST JUDGE SOMETHING BY LOOKING AT IT…ANYWAY THIS IS A GOOD ITEM TO HAVE FOR DIABETICS
this would be great
I would weigh mostly cheese and meat on it.
I have so many recipes that I want to try but can’t because I need a scale, which I haven’t gotten around to purchasing yet!!
beef and chicken portion control
I’ve never used a kitchen scale but I’ve heard that measuring flour with one yields better results than a measuring cup.

I would definitely want to weigh different ingredients before cooking: meat, noodles, nuts, etc.
