Celebrate Summer, Each and Every Day

There are many celebrations throughout the year yet nothing compares to celebrating Summer. Others last a day and before you know it, the party is over and the countdown starts again at 364. ‘Boo’ to that!

Summer, on the other hand, is months of enjoyment. Sure it does seem to go by too fast for anyones liking, yet maybe that’s because we are so busy revelling in each and every day. Perhaps if Summer flies for you, it may be that you are enjoying each moment, making every minute count. That is a great Summer, spent!

Among the big events, daytrips and activities that pack your Summer months – what are the tiny smiles that are just as important?

  • Stopping for ice cream with the family.
  • Finding that perfect spot to sit in the shade.
  • Birds singing out the window as you wake sans alarm.
  • A cold and delicious beverage to sip while admiring the freshly manicured lawn.

Heaven in all forms!

Just the other day I was savoring a cup of Pink Lemonade & Watermelon Fizz while the girls played in the grass. I took in the scent of Summer, the feel of the heat and the joy in just being ‘there’.

So many contributors brought about my smile, like the girls giggles over finding another ladybug. There wasn’t exceptional plans that day, but it was perfect nonetheless.
