Breville Smart Oven Pro
Every Christmas I make it a mission to gift items which are needed and useful. While it’s nice to give someone something unique that they might use once in a while, I know the greatest gift is one that makes everyday life going forth – better. One such item which I have been using in my own him is the 0.8 cu. ft. Breville Smart Oven Pro. It’s for the kitchen gurus and fabulous foodies all the way to those simply needing a great appliance to make them look like culinary superstars – without much effort. So, my tip here is to lower the temp about 10 degrees and check more often than you would with the big oven.

This is actually on my wish list – I dislike cooking, primarily because I hate turning on the oven, waiting for it to heat up, cleaning in when disaster strikes (LOL). This would make me more inclined to cook – honest!
If I won, I would give this to my father in-law! He lives on his own so this would be great for him instead of having to use the oven to cook his dinner.

I would love to win because I hate wasting gas when I need to turn on my big oven to bake a quick loaf, reheat a meal or to cook anything small for that matter. It is just my husband and I so quite often we are turning on the oven for the two of is and I ante the waste. And also, my 4 slice toaster abs become a 2 slice toaster, and the side that broke has the bagel setting 🙁
My old toaster oven is just about ready to give up the ghost…. it’s served it’s purpose, but I’d love to have something like the Breville. It’s just me at home, so if I was able to cook something in the small oven rather than heating up the big oven – that would be great!!!!

The reason I’d choose the Breville Smart Oven is that you can cram so much stuff as well as do programming on it. So you can have your frozen lasagna in the oven and have it cook at the time you need it.

The other night it took me over 2 hours to cook a small roast in our toaster oven… because… apparently my toaster oven was about 50 degrees off…. sigh… we had to finish it in the microwave… This is why I would love a new toaster oven.

This is great for my disabled husband and I. Being counter top it is convenient and practical for my husband to enjoy cooking again. It perfect size for us while doing exactly what a large oven can do yet using less hydro. Great for our fixed income budget.
