Munching on a handful everyday will make you feel more energetic, and it’ll also help you build stronger bones, improve your heart health and nourish your brain. These make an excellent healthy snack as well.

Bananas are a rich source of carbohydrates and many other minerals such as potassium. What’s more, they also contain fiber and fructose, and provide instant energy when you eat them. Bananas are also found to trigger the release of a hormone known as dopamine which helps you feel better and enhances your focus and concentration.

This one is probably everyone’s favourite for being such a versatile food. What most people don’t realize, is that chicken is an amazing source of energy. It’s a great lean protein, aids weight loss and simultaneously supports the growth and development of muscles. Studies have also found that chicken can help boost immunity, relieve stress and keep you less hungry and more energetic throughout the day.
