PB & J Coconut Smoothie

Say what?

Now, remember what your Mama said about trying foods at least once!

Truth is, I went back and forth on this PB & J Coconut Smoothie recipe for the longest time. Ultimately, curiosity got the best of me and I caved.

After all, I love all the ingredients separately and the thought of marrying them was too tempting to not try. Plus, I actually couldn’t remember the last time I had a PB&J sandwich …

Just think: rich Adams Natural Creamy Peanut Butter blended with Smucker’s Strawberry Jam and cold cocount milk. Ahhhh.

PB & J Coconut Smoothie

It’s a combination, when in the right amounts, so nostalgic. Think riding bikes in the summer; sprinting across Mom’s freshly washed floor with muddy sneakers on; staring at the clock and waiting for the school bell to ring.

This PB & J Coconut Smoothie has a very comforting taste.

Forget that the kids love this combination to bits, it’s my take that pleases me most. It may sound strange but set aside those responsible adult hesitations and give the PB&J love a chance.

This is one delicious smoothie and just has to be tried. C’mon, all the cool Moms at the playground are!
